Battery price reductions will significantly lower the cost of battery pack replacements, making them comparable to or even less expensive than engine replacements
As battery prices continue to fall, replacing an electric vehicle battery could become cheaper than replacing a combustion engine, alleviating concerns about battery health and replacement costs in used EVs, as per a new report from Recurrent Auto, a Seattle-based startup that provides vehicle reports for used EVs.
