Brembo acquires Öhlins Racing in its largest deal for $405 million

The acquisition of Öhlins from Tenneco represents the largest in Brembo's history

Brembo, a global supplier involved in the design and production of high-performance braking systems for the automotive industry, announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire a 100% stake in Öhlins Racing, a premier suspension technology manufacturer for motorcycles and cars, according to a press release dated Oct. 11.
