Forvia Hella to begin brake product sales under Hella brand post Hella Pagid acquisition

Following its acquisition, the company aims to be a complete brake supplier, targeting expansion in the truck sector and leveraging OE expertise

German automotive supplier Hella, which operates under the umbrella brand Forvia, announced that after completely taking over the Hella Pagid joint venture at the end of 2023, it has started the sale of brake products under the Hella brand name on Oct. 1, according to a press release on the same date.
