Isuzu and Mitsubishi to conduct battery-swapping feasibility for commercial vehicles in Thailand

The study will utilize the actual “EVision Cycle Concept,” a battery-swapping solution that Isuzu unveiled at the Japan Mobility Show 2023 in October of that year

Japan’s Isuzu Motors Limited and Mitsubishi Corporation have announced that will start a feasibility study of battery swapping in Thailand starting in 2025 and the feasibility was selected as "The Global South Future-Oriented Co-Creation Project" supported by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan, according to a press release dated Aug. 23.
