The Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA) Aftermarket Suppliers, an association in North America representing motor-vehicle component manufacturers, has announced that its third-quarter 2024 MEMA Original Equipment (OE) Vehicle Supplier Barometer Index (SBI), reflective of North American supplier executives' sentiments, revealed a continued trend of pessimism within the industry, marking a consistent decrease over the past 10 quarters, according to a press release dated Sept. 3.
