Study reveals mixed readiness for e-mobility among independent workshops

A Meyle survey shows 40% of workshops plan to embrace EVs over the next decade, with a significant demand for high-voltage maintenance training

Meyle, a Hamburg, Germany-based replacement parts manufacturer for the independent aftermarket, announced that a study conducted in collaboration with Innofact AG surveying 274 independent workshops in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, revealed varied responses toward shifting their business models to accommodate e-mobility, according to a press release dated Aug. 14.
