Lumileds completes sale of Lamps and Accessories business to First Brands Group

The move allows Lumileds to concentrate on LED technology innovation

Lumileds LLC, one of the world's foremost manufacturers and solution providers in the LED sector, announced that it has officially completed the sale of its Lamps and Accessories business to First Brands Group LLC,  a global automotive parts manufacturer serving the worldwide automotive aftermarket, according to a press release dated Aug. 2.
