Dover sells its Environmental Solutions Group to Terex for $2 billion
The deal involves a cash- and debt-free transaction of ESG, expecting closure by end of 2024
Dover, a US-based manufacturer and solutions provider of equipment and components, consumable supplies, aftermarket parts, software and digital solutions and support services, has announced its decision to sell its Environmental Solutions Group (ESG) business to Terex Corp., according to a press release dated July 22.
