Denmark-based spare parts logistics provider DANX, part of the Danx Carousel group, announced that it has acquired TLS, a Danish logistics company renowned for its comprehensive services in the transportation, setup and installation of new technical equipment across Scandinavia, according to a press release dated July 3.
