Recochem acquires auto care business from KIK Consumer Products
The acquisition includes brands Prestone and Holts, aiming to create a leading global automotive solutions group.
Montreal-based Recochem, known for its expertise in automotive liquid solutions, has announced that it has acquired the auto care business from KIK Consumer Products, a North American manufacturer specializing in pool, household and auto care consumer products, according to a press release dated June 18.
