Automotive retailer Lithia & Driveway acquires retailers in US southeast region

The two newly acquired stores are projected to generate over $240 million in annualized revenue

Lithia & Driveway (LAD), an automotive retailer in North America that also provides a suite of financing, leasing, repair and maintenance options, announced that it has expanded its footprint in the US southeast region with the purchase of Sunrise Chevrolet Buick GMC at Collierville and Sunrise Buick GMC at Wolfchase in Memphis, Tenn., and Woodbridge Hyundai in the Greater Toronto area, according to a press release dated June 11.
