Will Stengel has been appointed president and CEO while existing CEO Paul Donahue will transition to executive chairman
Genuine Parts Co. (GPC), a global distributor of automotive and industrial replacement parts, has announced that Paul Donahue will transition from chairman and CEO to executive chairman, effective June 3, according to a press release dated April 29.
