LKQ to sell Polish distributor Elit Polska to Swedish distributor Meko

LKQ says the decision is part of its move to evaluate and streamline its asset base

LKQ Corp., a Chicago, US-based provider of alternative and specialty parts and services for automobiles and other vehicles, announced in a press release on May 10 that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell Elit Polska, a Poland-based distributor of automotive parts, consumables and workshop equipment, to Meko.
