The European Association of Automotive Suppliers (Comité de Liaison Européen des Fabricants d'Equipements et de Pièces Automobiles: CLEPA) has released a note on the importance of competition as a fundamental principle in the automotive aftermarket and the importance of permanent adaption of the framework that fosters competition developed by the legislator and the European Court of Justice, according to the statement by CLEPA Secretary General Benjamin Krieger dated April 12.
