Automotive retailer Lithia & Driveway completes transaction with Pendragon

With the acquisition, Lithia & Driveway’s UK operations will expand their digital capabilities by integrating the Pinewood technology platform across all locations

Lithia & Driveway (LAD), an automotive retailer in North America that also provides a suite of financing, leasing, repair and maintenance options, announced that it has completed the transaction with Pendragon PLC, to be renamed Pinewood Technologies Group PLC, according to a press release dated Feb. 1.
