Schaeffler acquires additional stake of 9% in Vitesco

The stake was previously held by BofA Securities Europe SA as part of a Total Return Swap agreement with Schaeffler

Schaeffler AG announced that it has entered into an agreement with BofA Securities Europe SA to acquire a stake of 3.6 million shares in Vitesco Technologies Group AG, according to a press release dated Jan. 23.
