German aftermarket distributor Global One Automotive gets a new shareholder
Suder & Suder, one of the largest truck, trailers and buses spare-parts specialists located in Poland, becomes the distributor’s newest shareholder
Global One Automotive, a Germany-based strategic alliance of international automotive aftermarket distributors, announced that it has acquired a new shareholder — a family-owned company, Suder & Suder Sp. z o.o. — who will join the group starting Jan. 1, 2024, according to a press release dated Dec. 22, 2023.
