Spare parts logistics player DANX expands in Sweden with acquisition of FOMAB

DANX Sweden acquires FOMAB, expanding its physical capabilities in Norland and logistical reach in northern Sweden.

Denmark-based spare parts logistics provider Danx, part of the Danx Carousel group, announced that it has acquired Forslund & Malmström, a final-mile distribution services provider in Northen Norrland, Sweden, according to a press release dated Dec. 12.
