Hella acquires full ownership of Hella Pagid from TMD Friction
According to Hella, regaining full control over the Pagid brand will allow TMD to sell Pagid products in all regions worldwide and further develop the brand
TMD Friction and Hella have agreed to transfer the 50% share held by TMD Friction in the brake joint venture Hella Pagid to Hella.
