US-based Straightaway Tire & Auto acquires Accurate Auto and Wayne’s Automotive
The addition of both companies are aimed at further strengthening Straightaway’s presence in Minnesota
O2 Investment Partners have announced that Straightaway Tire & Auto, an independent, full-service aftermarket automotive repair and service platform, has completed the acquisitions of Accurate Auto & Tire Service and Wayne’s Automotive, according to a press release dated Nov. 29.
