Company says Treharne enhances ATC’s electrification and battery life cycle management capabilities
ATC Drivetrain, a US-based remanufacturing solutions provider, announced via a press release on 12 April that it has acquired Treharne Automotive Engineering, a UK-based company focused on electric vehicle battery life cycle management, including second-life applications, recycling, and diagnostic and test equipment for powertrain systems.
