Auto Care Association says Massachusetts Right to Repair court case decision delayed
While the decision was scheduled for 7 March, the judge has now stated that he would issue a final judgement no later than 15 April
Auto Care Association, a US-based industry body representing independent manufacturers, distributors, and repair shops said in a press release dated 8 March that the United States District Judge Douglas Woodlock issued a notice informing of a delay to provide a decision on the court case due to “unforeseen and unforeseeable circumstances, principally involving supervening but insistent writing responsibilities in other matters”.
