The REPAIR Act aims to ensure consumers have access to data relating to their motor vehicles, critical repair information and tools
The automotive Right to Repair movement in the US gained further traction as US Representative Bobby Rush introduced the Right to Equitable and Professional Auto Industry Repair (REPAIR) Act on 3 February with an aim to ensure equal access to auto repair data for independent repair shops, according to an official announcement by Rush’s office dated 3 February.
