BlackCycle recycles end-of-life tires to produce sustainable carbon black
Since ELT-based carbon black can be used to develop new tire rubber, the new process introduces circularity in the tire manufacturing value chain
The BlackCycle consortium announced via press release on 22 November the world’s first production of carbon black on a conventional carbon black furnace reactor using oils derived from an end-of-life tire pyrolysis process.
