Clarios-owned Varta secures first heavy-duty connected services customer

Clarios, a US-based supplier of energy storage solutions to original equipment (OE) manufacturers and the aftermarket, has announced that Varta, a brand of Clarios in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, has entered its first commercial agreement with a European Fleet Operator for a new solution that aims at reducing idle times in heavy-duty vehicles.
