The Fuchs Group, a Germany-based independent supplier of innovative lubrication solutions, has announced the successful completion of its strategic acquisition of Strub & Co. AG, a Swiss-based company specializing in the development, production, and distribution of industrial lubricants and specialty products, according to a press release dated Nov. 28.
