Valvoline partners with Velocity Auto Care to refranchise centers in Texas
Valvoline, a US-based supplier of lubricants and automotive services, has announced plans to refranchise 38 existing Valvoline Instant Oil Change service centers to a new franchisee, Velocity Auto Care, according to a press release dated Nov. 19.
