Nissan's vehicle-to-grid technology will enable EV owners to power homes and sell surplus electricity

Japan's Nissan Motor Co. has announced its plans to bring a technology by 2026 to the Britian market that will enable electric vehicle batteries to supply power to transmission and distribution grids, according to a press release dated Oct. 11.
