Zhongce Rubber Group (ZC Rubber), a mainland China-based tire manufacturer, announced that it has initiated construction of its third international production site in Saltillo, Mexico, signaling a pivotal expansion to cater to the North and Latin American tire markets, according to a press release dated Aug. 8.
