Valeo and Smovengo partner to remanufacture electric bike components
Valeo says the partnership aims to remanufacture motors and batteries of 8,000 electric Vélib' bikes
French automotive supplier Valeo announced that it has partnered with Smovengo, the operator of Vélib' Métropole, a significant public bicycle-sharing system in Paris and 64 other communes, to remanufacture the motors and batteries of 8,000 electric Vélib' bikes in Greater Paris, according to a press release dated May 23.
