Growing opposition to CARB ACC II regulation

The California Air Resources Board’s ACC II regulation is witnessing growing opposition from businesses and customers

Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) member companies, aftermarket businesses and customers have sent over 5,000 letters to the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) against CARB's Advanced Clean Cars II (ACC II) regulation that would ban the sale of new internal combustion engine vehicles by 2035, according to a press release dated March 27.
