Advance Auto Parts appoints three new independent directors
The three directors bring essential operational experience and industry expertise to support the CEO
Advance Auto Parts Inc., an automotive aftermarket parts provider in North America that serves both professional installer and do-it-yourself customers, announced that it has appointed A. Brent Windom, Gregory L. Smith and Thomas W. Seboldt as independent directors to the Advance Auto Parts board, effective immediately, according to a press release dated March 11.
