Rental firm Hertz to sell 20,000 EVs due to low demand
The company expects to reinvest a portion of the proceeds from the sale of EVs into the purchase of ICE vehicles to meet customer demand
Rental firm Hertz Global Holdings has announced that it will sell approximately 20,000 electric vehicles from its US fleet, or about one-third of the global EV fleet, according to an SEC filing dated Jan. 11.
