PHE Group acquires majority stakes in Spanish companies AD Egido and AD Masanes

The PHE Group, through its subsidiary AD Parts Intergroup, has acquired significant stakes in two Spanish companies, AD Egido and AD Masanes, expanding its presence in the country, according to a press release dated Jan. 9.
