Company says the move aimed at expanding BMW & MINI operations to Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells.
Lithia & Driveway, an automotive retailer in North America that also provides a suite of financing, leasing, repair, and maintenance options, announced the acquisition of the Arden businesses representing BMW, MINI and Motorrad in Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells, according to a press release dated September 1.
