Hella Gutmann partners for battery diagnostics for workshops
The company launches an evaluation tool in partnership with Battery Quick Check to check the SoH of a traction battery in second-hand EVs
Hella Gutmann, the workshop equipment division of automotive supplier Hella that operates under the brand Forvia, announced that it has entered into a partnership with Battery Quick Check GmbH, a joint venture of Twaice and TÜV Rheinland, to develop an evaluation procedure for the real state of health (SoH) of an electric vehicle's power pack for workshops, according to a press release dated August 31.
