US wheel supplier Superior Industries says its German arm to undergo reorganization

The company’s operations in the US, Mexico and Poland are not impacted, and its other German operations and aftermarket business are not part of these proceedings

Superior Industries International, a US-based aluminum wheel supplier, has announced that its subsidiary, Superior Industries Production Germany (SPG), has entered into Protective Shield Proceedings, a court-administered reorganization, according to a press release dated August 31.
