Automotive-coatings maker Axalta partners with Xaar for digital-paint technology
The company says the technology can contribute up to a 30% reduction in CO2 emissions for two-tone vehicle manufacturers
US manufacturer of liquid and powder coatings Axalta Coating Systems announced that it has entered into a partnership with Xaar, a manufacturer of drop-on-demand inkjet technologies, to introduce Axalta NextJet, a digital-paint technology for the transportation industry, according to a press release dated August 22.
