Schaeffler to acquire India’s aftersales B2B e-commerce platform Koovers
Koovers supplies over 7,000 workshops and has a portfolio of about 1.8 million parts from various manufacturers
Schaeffler India Ltd., a subsidiary of Schaeffler AG, announced that it has acquired KRSV Innovative Auto Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (KRSV), a Bengaluru, India-based company that offers repair solutions to Indian aftermarket workshops via its business-to-business e-commerce platform Koovers, according to a press release dated August 28.
