US-based Kian Capital launches PARC Auto Platform

PARC Auto provides general automotive repair and maintenance; the move follows Kian’s acquisition of a Meineke car-care franchisee

Kian Capital Partners, a US-based private investment firm, announced that it has completed the acquisition of a Meineke Car Care Center franchisee in partnership with the management to establish a new platform in the general automotive repair space called PARC Auto, according to a press release dated August 17.
