Canadian auto parts distributor Vast-Auto expands footprint

The company acquires the assets of Pièces d’Autos Victo, Freins Démarreurs Plessis and Pièces d’Autos Thetford, an auto parts wholesalers group based in Quebec

Vast-Auto Distribution, a subsidiary of Groupe Del Vasto, a distributor and marketer of automotive parts in Eastern Canada and a shareholder of the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, announced that it has acquired the assets of Pièces d’Autos Victo, Freins Démarreurs Plessis and Pièces d’Autos Thetford, an auto parts wholesalers group located in south-central Quebec, according to a press release dated August 14.
