Mahle sells its thermostat business to Admetos

The company has decided to sell its thermostats product group as this will not represent a strategic Mahle business segment in the future

Stuttgart, Germany-based global supplier of powertrain and thermal components, Mahle, has announced that it plans to sell its thermostat business to the industrial and investment holding company Admetos, according to a press release dated August 18.
