Sumitomo partners with US vehicle failure prediction firm Viaduct

The company starts joint demonstration experiment of its Sensing Core tech with Viaduct’s AI solution to monitor real-time conditions of fleet vehicles

Japan-based Sumitomo Rubber Industries announced that it has started a joint feasibility study with Viaduct, a US venture company that provides vehicle failure prediction solution services using AI to accelerate the realization of total fleet-management services, to provide solutions to fleet operators, according to a press release dated August 7.
