LKQ Corp. completes acquisition of Uni-Select
In February 2023, LKQ announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Uni-Select for $2.1 billion
US-based distributor of replacement parts, components and systems, LKQ Corp., has announced the completion of the acquisition of Canada-based automotive aftermarket parts supplier Uni-Select, according to a press release dated August 1.
