South Korea’s SK Innovation, SungEel HiTech partner for battery metal recycling

Both companies to cooperate in the metal recovery business for cathode materials from end-of-life batteries

South Korean energy group SK Innovation Co Ltd has announced that the company and SungEel HiTech, a South Korea-based lithium-ion battery recycling solution provider, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to establish a joint venture for battery metal recycling, according to a press release dated 13 December.
