Proma Group acquires Recaro Automotive’s operations in Germany
Recaro Automotive’s operations in North America and Japan and its joint venture operations in mainland China remain unaffected by this change in ownership.
Proma Group, an Italy-based automotive supplier, has signed an investment agreement with Recaro Automotive GmbH on Dec. 4, 2024, to acquire its struggling business in Germany. The investment will allow Recaro Automotive to continue and relaunch its operations across Europe from January 2025.
