Repsol's Ecoplant in Tarragona aims for a €800 million investment to transform urban waste into renewable fuels, creating jobs and reducing CO2 emissions.

Spanish energy and petrochemical company Repsol Board of Directors has approved an investment in the Ecoplant project, a venture in Europe aimed at converting urban waste into renewable fuels and circular products, thus contributing to CO2 emission reduction in the transport sector and fostering the circular economy.
