Continental announces plan to spin off Automotive business by end of 2025

If approved, the spin-off is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2025, with preparations aimed at concluding by the end of the third quarter of 2025

In a press release dated Dec. 9, German automotive tier 1 supplier Continental announced that its executive board has reached the decision to spin off its Automotive group sector.
