Modine sells aftermarket application coatings plants in California and Florida
The company will continue to own and license the spray-applied coatings used in aftermarket applications
US-based Thermal Solutions provider Modine, announced on August 39 the sale of facilities in Temecula, California, and Tampa, Florida, to Protecall. Both the facilities provide aftermarket application services in which HVAC units are coated with anti-corrosion protection, and the sale process is likely to be executed by end of September.
