Lordstown Motors files for bankruptcy, files litigation against Foxconn
Lordstown alleges that Foxconn failed to invest up to $170 million as part of the agreement the two companies had signed in 2022
Ohio-based electric-vehicle maker Lordstown Motors Corp. has filed for bankruptcy and said that it would put all assets up for sale amid an ongoing dispute with Taiwan-based electronics company Foxconn in the US, the company announced June 27.
